Returns Policy
We hope you're always pleased with your purchase from Beal UK Ltd. However, we understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us.
Please download the form below and include a printed copy with the items you wish to return. Provide as much information as possible, including an accurate description of any fault—descriptions like \"faulty\" or \"broken\" alone are not acceptable.
Important: Contact us by phone or email to request an RMA number or return authorisation. This number must be included on your return form.
Items returned without valid authorisation will be processed only at our discretion.
Items returned without the form, identifiable details, and a valid RMA number will be held for 30 days. After this time, they may be disposed of without issuing credit or exchange.
Warranty returns are accepted within 12 months of the purchase date. Items returned due to a change of mind must be:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- Unopened and in original retail packaging
- In a condition suitable for resale
In some cases, it may not be cost-effective for us to collect a faulty item. In such instances, we may ask you to dispose of it on our behalf.
